Beginner
The ideal intro to strength training. Maybe you’re a new mama that wants to learn the ropes on how to become and keep getting stronger? From pelvic floor work, to learning the basics of weight training, we’ll cover it all.
This would also be a great place to start for someone who has never worked with dumbbells before. In addition, you’ll learn how to properly track your progress, and hopefully find a new love for lifting weights in general!Price Range: $30 - $60 per session
Description: Often shorter sessions (30-45 minutes), focusing on technique, basic movements, and building confidence.
Package Deals: $150 - $300 for 4-6 sessions or discounted bundles.

Intermediate
If you’ve strength trained before and you’re looking for a new way of getting back into it, or just looking for extra direction, or perhaps you want an accountability buddy that can push you further with moderate intensity routines an technique refinememt, then this is the plan for you.
Price Range: $50 - $80 per session
Description: Longer sessions (45-60 minutes), focusing on progression, form refinement, and introducing more complex routines.
Package Deals: $200 - $500 for multiple sessions, with possible discounts for upfront payment.

Advanced
Individuals with a solid foundation in strength training who aim to maximize muscular development, strength, and performance through more complex and intense routines.

Typical Weekly Structure
4-6 Training Days with split routines targeting different muscle groups (e.g., push/pull/legs or upper/lower body)
Rest and Recovery: Strategically placed rest days to allow tissue repair and growth.
Nutrition & Supplements: Focused on muscle repair and energy
Mobility & Flexibility: To prevent injury and improve performance.
Price Range: $70 - $150+ per session
Description: Highly customized routines, advanced techniques, periodization, and potentially specialized training.
Package Deals: $300 - $1000+ for packages, often including in-depth assessments, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support.

Macro Coaching
This is for someone who wants to fine tune their meals and get a great understanding of how to build a balanced plate. This is included in each plan already, or you can strictly just learn about macronutrients and how to fuel your body here.
One time fee of $100 to ideally guide to throughout the rest of your life to fuel your body!

Small Group Training
This is available in limited times, and can be with up to two additional clients. Make sure to check times and availability on the app!

Prenatal and Postnatal Program
This program is my all time passion. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or looking to become pregnant and want to learn how to weight lift safely, then this was made for YOU!
Price Range: $150/month
Description: You’ll get a fully customized plan for this short buy extremely crucial time in your life.
Package Deals: This would be a great option to do with a small group training sessions with other prenatal and postnatal mamas!

Pelvic Floor Program
Did you recently just give birth and become a mama? If so, congrats! It’s the best time and the HARDEST. That’s why I cannot stress enough of investing in yourself to be the strongest version physically + mentally. We’ll go through learning our ‘new’ body and regaining strength and mobility that was lost in the process.
Price Range: $120/month
Description: This would be a great add on to the Prenatal and Postnatal Program. We’ll go deep into reconnecting with your core and diastasis recti (or rectus abdominis diastasis) post labor and delivery.
Package Deals: If added on, the two programs would be $200/month vs. $270/month.
